About the Role:

This role gives you an opportunity to join an early state moonshot and fast growing team committed to accelerating the global carbon-free energy transition. You will play a key role in our partnership development as we engage with innovation partners and refine our go-to-market. You will work closely with the cross functional team to give market feedback that informs product development.This role will include 20% international travel

How you will make 10x impact:

Manage new partnerships discussions end-to-end, including origination, qualification, scoping, negotiation, and contracting.
Establish evaluation criteria for highest priority partnerships in tandem with strategic leadership
Generate and manage a pipeline of prospective partners in high-potential markets, manage inbound inquiries graciously.
Discern partnership needs: identify and summarize partners’ specific problem sets and use cases even, when not clearly stated.
Contribute market feedback to a cross-functional team for product design insights and maintaining close contact between our engineering team and ‘the real world.’
Identify & evaluate new business, product & partnership opportunities and represent our team thoughtfully as our first point of contact with industry.
Lead and advance strategic partnerships with relevant energy & technology companies
Collaborate with evaluation teams that perform techno-economic analysis and feasibility analysis to define partnerships scope and implementation
Influence without authority, working with technical and cross-functional teams (who do not report into this role) to get things done.
What you should have:

7+ years of experience managing complex deals with multinational companies in renewable energy
Ability to navigate complex organizations and advance the decision-making & procurement processes for new technology from scoping to to partnership execution.
Experience managing cross-functional internal stakeholders and building senior level partner relationships
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can communicate effectively with executives as well as engineers from a wide range of technical backgrounds

Ability to prioritize team outcomes above individual goals and thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
Comfort and enthusiasm to travel internationally, sometimes in rural environments
