As a member of the Cargill Food Distribution team, the Operations Account Lead is responsible for the daily activities surrounding a 3rd party customer. Activities will include, but not limited to receiving, shipping, picking product. Responsible for food safety, employee health and safety, warehouse activities, and transportation where applicable. The candidate must be able to work closely with the Operations Manager, Operations Supervisor, 3rd party customer manager, and St Louis leadership team.

Principal Accountabilities

70% They would be responsible for the Cargill facility during off hours that 3rd party customer utilized the space.

? They would be responsible for safety training and compliance of the 3rd party customer operations.

? They would be responsible for timely and accurate receipt of 3rd party customer inbound deliveries.

? They would be responsible for scheduling and coordination of inbound/outbound supplies and orders.

? They would be responsible for working with 3rd party customer manager?s daily needs.

10% Warehouse management

10% Conduct safety training / meetings

10% They would be responsible for daily communication with Cargill Operations Supervisor

Required Qualifications

? High School or GED

? Must have a minimum of 1-year experience working in a warehouse and / or distribution environment

? Ability to work weekends and flexible hours

? Demonstrated experience achieving a high level of engagement working closely with Management, Sales, and 3rd party customer.

? Must have strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact well with all levels within an organization both internally and externally.

? Must be detail oriented and have exceptional documentation skills.

? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and email

? Working knowledge of warehouse management systems

Preferred Qualifications

? Bachelor?s degree

? 2 years transportation, distribution, food safety, EHS/OSHA experience or experience working in a processing operation

? 2 years warehouse / cold storage experience

? 2 years? experience with transportation and logistics

? SAP system experience

? Supervisory experience

? Forklift certified
