**JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT**



The Engineering Manager will lead and provide execution of our engineering capital allocations for a facility or multiple facilities. You will serve on the site leadership team providing strategic input into the identification and development of the operational vision, direction and people resources needed to deliver results.



**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**



Anticipates and plans for future engineering needs and develops the three to five year capital planning required for normal operations.



Serve as a member of the site leadership team and provide strategic technical and engineering support for normal operations as well as project engineering oversight support for complex base and non-base capital projects.



Provide execution oversight for current plan year projects.



Direct the tactical development of the operational vision, direction and strategy for engineering site projects.



Ensure project meets requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.



You will develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business and/or regulatory environment while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, exhibiting authority for talent management decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also coordinate subordinate managers and supervisors in selecting staff to align with current and future needs of the organization.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**

Bachelor?s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of six years of related work experience



**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**

Three years of supervisory experience



**PRIOR BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCES**

Help coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, people management and troubleshooting for engineering projects.

Monitor progress and performance to meet the project plan goals.
