The Global Marketing Lead - Pet Food will have an emphasis on global pet portfolio design, global brand roadmap, and value positioning, this role will guide the local market team?s portfolio strategies. In collaboration with regulatory and technical teammates, support for claims and ingredient performance will be a joint effort. We seek an experienced global marketing lead who will drive our marketing vision, coordinating market plans and launch global programs to create demand and maximize sales of a specific product or product line.


In collaboration with local market teams, independently execute customer and market place analysis for the Pet Food category.

Independently produce insights, portfolio recommendations, and market assessments that drive business growth.

You will serve as an expert in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues/problems. You may provide direction to lower level team members and be a key contributor.


Bachelor?s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of six years direct Pet Food related industry experience

Ability to travel 10% globally


Masters in Business Administration

Business proficiency in at least one additional language

Experience in a multi-national organization

Experience with multiple Pet industry business models

Proven track record of influencing senior leadership decisions
