**JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT**

**The Lawyer IV, as a recognized company authority, will provide top level legal services company wide and perform special legal assignments of major importance in a highly complex legal field. We seek a multifaceted lawyer who will provide legal advice and services on issues concerning the rights, obligations and privileges of the organization.**



**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**

**Resolve business or technical issues by identifying legal solutions and recommending a course of action.**

**Handle legal issues that have a significant impact on organization operations, strategies or profitability.**

**Create and find interpretations and strategies that can accomplish the uncommon in the law.**

**Direct major and unique company litigation, sometimes to the Supreme Court.**

**You will provide expert consultative guidance for and initiate strategic long-range goals and objectives. You may provide direction to lower-level team members and be a key contributor.**

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**

**Bachelor?s degree in a related field or equivalent experience**

**Minimum of eight years of related work experience**
