**Department and Schedule:** **FSO Packaging, 2nd shift; Monday-Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm.**

**FSO Operator Overview:**

Invested in learning all FSO roles. Ensures the safe, efficient and secure operation of production lines. Contributes to overall plant productivity and efficiency by providing support to the production lines by being task-oriented, proactive and responsive. Supports the Supervisor, Production Lead and all Cargill initiatives. Troubleshoots problems with production flow and equipment. Sets a good example by following Cargill?s ?Guiding Principles?. Understands and ensures that finished goods are within all customer specifications.

**Responsibilities Include:**

JIB (Jug In Box) production line supply. This position will supply the JIB lines with raw materials for continuous operation.

Requires the operation of a stand-up high lift and clamp. Will also learn to operate depalletizing equipment and all other relative production equipment.

Will learn to read and interpret the production schedule.

Follow all safety, housekeeping and GMP rules.

Troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance on equipment.

Communicate with other production operators, leads and supervisors as needed.

Perform daily and weekly housekeeping assignments. Also activities such as recording production line changeover information, observing and collecting data for equipment operating issues.

Helping with inventory and assisting on other production lines as needed.


Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility.

Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer.

Must be able to perform physical job duties including bending/stooping, climbing ladders, open/close valves.

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Must have experience operating standup high lifts and/or clamp trucks.

Must have prior production experience.

Must be able to read/write English

High School diploma or Equivalent

Basic computer skills

Ability to work overtime as needed.

Ability to work holidays, nights, weekends or different shifts.


Familiar with SAP and WM6 production and warehouse environments.

Prior experience in production related work

Forklift certified.
