**Position Purpose and Summary**



The Commercial Excellence Digital Enablement Advisor will provide leadership and execution on strategic Commercial Excellence priorities related to digital enablement capabilities across Cargill. This leader will drive cross enterprise and cross functional engagement to deliver commercial value from our Digital Enablement capability framework further enabling our commercial excellence efficiency, effectiveness, and engagement. This leader will be a champion for transforming a differentiated customer-centric, digital first culture making it easier to business with Cargill and deepening relationships with our customers and our people.



More specifically, the CE Digital Enablement Advisor will provide project leadership, expertise, and guidance to digital, marketing, sales and commercial excellence leaders to drive scalable solutions through an integrated strategy of people, process, data, business design and technology. This role will also partner with businesses and enterprises globally to execute digital enablement strategy including determining and measuring critical success factors and key performance indicators.



Successful candidates will demonstrate: Experience leading customer digital initiatives seeing them through from planning to execution. An ability to build trust with our key stakeholders and relate across a number of commercial and functional areas. **Principal Accountabilities**



50% Project Leadership and Execution



? Provide project leadership, consulting, and execution support to build world class customer digital enablement capabilities across the organization in alignment with the Cargill Digital Enablement capability framework



? Work across enterprises, geographies, functions to drive pilot projects, strategy, and org design as it relates to customer digital, sales and service CRM and digital marketing as well as other commercial excellence priorities



? Support valuation and prioritization of identified digital enablement initiatives and transformation projects across Commercial Excellence Network



30% Accelerated Continuous Improvement



? Drive our CE digital enablement transformation with an accelerated continuous improvement mindset, and partner with commercial leaders, sales, and functional stakeholders to measure execution and effectiveness



? Develop and facilitate utilization of Digital Enablement maturity assessment diagnostic tools across business units to support strategic planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement



? Engage with key stakeholders and project teams using an agile-minded methodology to accelerate delivery of value capture using a Minimum Viable Product approach



20% Innovation and Change Leadership



? Partner with Cargill Digital Experience Office, digital, marketing, sales and commercial leaders to support the development, deployment, and adoption of tools and technology to support customer digital enablement initiatives and innovation, i.e. Digital Strategy, Digital Experience, Customer Portals / Mobile Apps, Sales and Service CRM, Digital Marketing, Data and Analytics, etc.



? Act as a thought leader and utilize competitive intelligence on emerging digital and commercial excellence practices, bringing in internal and external best practices, and improve organizational performance through the application of existing and emerging methods, processes, products and services.



? Be a change agent and champion for transforming a customer-centric, digital first culture and innovation.



**Required Qualifications**



? Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent experience



? 7 years of business experience related to digital customer experience and capabilities, business process, IT, or commercial experience in a leadership position



? Progressive leadership experience in an organization, including working with cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs with a high aptitude for evolving a customer digital and commercial excellence ecosystem



? Proven ability to partner with business, IT and commercial leaders to create a customer-centric growth culture to drive win-win solutions for both the company and the customer



? Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, break down complex issues, and effectively navigate the organization to identify where expertise resides



? Strong self-starter, mental agility, influencer and flexibility with a proven ability to work through ambiguity



? Well organized, able to prioritize work, manage time effectively, and follow through on commitments



? Ability to travel up to 30% (could be domestic and international)



**Preferred Qualifications**



? Advanced Degree (MSM or MBA)



? Global experience in a large organization



? Experience working within customer digital enablement experience and capabilities (e.g., Salesforce, e-commerce, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)



? Experience with agile methodologies



? Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies



? Experience in effective change management techniques and implementation



? Experience working in a decentralized, multi-site, global organization



? Agile methodology or related experience
