**This full time position is located at Norwalk, CA; however please expect receiving calls from a 952 number in case you are considered. Relocation assistance is not provided.**

**Position Purpose:**

As a member of the Cargill Food Distribution team you will perform inventory duties, housekeeping and other warehouse related duties. Applicant must be abide by all corporate safety and food safety regulations. This position requires standup forklift and pallet jack experience and certification. Candidate must be able to work in a cold environment throughout the shift to fulfill orders.

**Principal Accountabilities:**

Order selection

Receiving and product put away

Warehouse housekeeping duties

Inventory duties

Other misc. warehouse duties

Follow safety and food safety procedures and regulations.


Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer.

Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility.

Must be able to perform physical job duties including bending/stooping.

Ability to lift a minimum 50 pounds.

Must be able to work under special work conditions, such as below zero Fahrenheit temperatures.

Have a Stand Up Forklift reach truck certified.

Must be able to operate machinery.

Must be able to operate heavy equipment.

Must be able to read/write English.

Ability to work overtime.

Ability to work holidays, nights, weekends or different shifts.

At least two years of experience in a warehousing related work.


Able to work in elevated areas.

High School diploma or Equivalent.

Basic computer skills.
