**Description**



**Position Purpose**



This is a critical role in the operations organization to ensure standard and consistent data entry related to production process orders, shopping carts and shipping and inventory management\.



This role performs a wide variety of specialized and general administrative duties, both manual and computerized, that are required to receive inventory, issue inventory, count inventory, stock supplies and manage materials in SAP\. This role will also serve as backup for the clerical work management in the front office of the manufacturing plant\.



**Principal Accountabilities**



50%Production Accounting





* Entry of goods movements





* Monitor and resolve SAP errors





* Technically close process orders \(TECO\)





* Ship and receive raw materials, finished goods, and MRO items in SAP





* Review and process production related documentation \(ISO, production documentation\)





* Provide accurate and timely reporting of daily/weekly/monthly operating reports



o Plant yields



o Production efficiency



o Operations/ production statistics



o Safety reports



o Reliability Excellence \(RE\) metrics





* Provide budget support to area managers by understanding and monitoring expenses



25%Purchasing and Inventory





* Process regularly scheduled inventory cycle counts



o Finished goods



o Raw materials



o MRO items





* Perform ad hoc inventory cycle counts as needed



o Finished goods

* Safely operate a forklift and other powered pallet moving equipment





* Create Purchase Requests and Shopping Carts in SAP



15¬counts payable through good receipt and service entry processes





* Research and resolve location Accounts Payable \(AP\) issues



o Parked invoices



o Blocked \(quantity/ price\) invoices





* Create and approve service entry sheets \(SES\)



10% Clerical





* Assist in the day to day front office operation of the plant\.



_Relocation will not be provided for this position\._



**Qualifications**



**Required Qualifications**





* High School Diploma or equivalent\.





* Experience using SAP\.





* Experience with math/accounting\.





* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite\.





* Able and willing to do physical activity including standing and walking for several hours at a time, climbing stairs and lifting up to 55 lbs\.





* Able and willing to work additional hours which may include overtime\.



**Preferred Qualifications**





* Post high school technical degree or higher\.





* Experience with manufacturing chocolate and confectionary products\.





* Experience with ISO standards
