**Description**



The Business Support Admin will be the first point of contact for all visitors, truck drivers with inbound/outbound shipments, the primary point of contact for customer service inquiries, product availability questions and answering the phone at the plant\. This position will work closely with the logistics team in Brookville to ensure product is ready at time of pick up and all necessary paperwork is available for the shipment\. This position is responsible to scan and send purchase order receipts and other paperwork to Brookville office daily\. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to; month end reporting, shortage report reporting as needed, entering production process orders and initiate investigations as needed, post deliveries for payment, resolve credit hold issues prior to shipment and various other data entry\.



**Principal Accountabilities**



**50%** Initiate, receive and respond to customer service calls, emails, instant messages regarding product availability and shipping questions\. Primary point of contact for all incoming phone calls, visitors and truck drivers of inbound/outbound shipments\. Processing of all shipping documents before and after the shipment, coordination with plant shipping department to pre\-stage outbound shipments, scanning of purchase orders and other documents to send to the Brookville office\. Coordinating with the logistics team for outbound shipment product availability, routing questions, posting delivery confirmations to initiate the billing process in a timely manner\.

**25%** Entering production process orders and initiating an investigation if warranted, reporting of product shortages, distribution of shortage reports with explanations for shortage, daily communication with the plant operations team of requested delivery dates and customer expectations regarding special packaging\.

**15%** Develop understanding of products, customers, customer expectations, pricing, credit hold resolution, customer service team assignments by product line and plant specific food safety procedures\. Responsible to handle returns, monitor daily login sheet and contractor hours, check on late pickups for shipments, communicate with plant personnel any customer service issues or changes to expected pick up dates\.

**10%** Month end reports, record retention and deletion, scanning and filing internal documents, safety and food safety training as required, production and inventory reports, other duties as assigned\.

**Qualifications**



**Required Qualifications**



Strong MS Office experience

High School Diploma/GED equivalent

Knowledge of the business and SAP



**Preferred Qualifications**



Bachelor?s Degree

1 years of administrative/operation experience
