**Business Support Administrator**

**Position Purpose:**

Receive customer calls to place orders, handle customer requests and complaints, make transportation arrangements with common carriers, and complete daily department maintenance and administration\.

**Principal Acountabilities:**

**\- 50%** \- Receive calls from customers to place orders, check on shipping status, and answer other general questions\. Complete order entry, run daily reports, and daily filing of shipping documents\. Communicate with co\-workers and Region Managers all pertinent information regarding customers and service issues\.

**\- 25%** \- Update customers on pricing and promotions\. Maintain Material Safety Data Sheet files\. Coordinate shipping with common carriers\. Run shortage report weekly and communicate to report reasons for shortages\. Work with all departments to reduce amount of product shorted\.

**\- 15%** \- Complete debits and credits on returned goods and products\. Meticulous understanding of our products, nutritional versus non\-nutritional customers, pricing codes and categories\.

**\- 10%** \- Other duties as assigned\.

* High School Diploma or GED

* Working computer experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Spreadsheets, etc\.

**Abilities / Success Factors**

* Good Communication skills and ability to multitask\.


* SAP knowledge preferred

* Working experience in customer service and/or Shipping receiving
