The role of Marketing Coordinator is open to experienced professionals with the following qualifications as well as a proactive mindset and preparedness to assume the following key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ability to manage a prime proposal pursuit including; prepositioning, coordination and collection of project specific information, developing proposal content, timely delivery and tracking of proposals for all service areas.
• Manage collateral materials development, public relations and advertising programs, corporate identity development and implementation, Constant Contact email campaigns, and market research.
• Develop written promotional materials including project lists, resumes and market-sector brochures.
• Assist in maintaining the CRM database including opportunities, projects, clients, and contacts along with mailing and special events information.
• Conduct targeted research to assist with lead development.
• Plan and coordinate special events, such as trade shows and conferences.
• Involvement in professional and community organizations.\Manage updating and monitoring of social media and website information.

Required Skills

• Degree in business, marketing, communications or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with business development and marketing in commercial buildings; preferably in Colorado.
• Excellent project management skills and an ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Technical proposal writing experience with a demonstrated aptitude for copy writing and editing.
• Understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
• Familiarity with the latest technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design and production.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Xcel, Word and Power Point.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign and Photoshop.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
