Are you motivated by providing strategic and operational leadership for Total Rewards programs? We are looking for a Total Rewards Process and Enablement Lead who is a creative leader with vision who brings contemporary ideas and innovative ways with the capacity to drive company\-wide understanding and process excellence to the compensation delivery\. You will work in collaboration with the multiple partner groups and the regional teams\. You will be responsible for developing, crafting, and implementing all total rewards processes and tools to ensure the total rewards efforts facilitate and improve the achievement of a modernized and simplified process in a manner consistent with our talent strategy and values\. In this position you will utilize expert total rewards knowledge to provide leadership and broad oversight on total rewards activities\. You will independently solve complex issues\.



**Key Accountabilities**



Design, implement and execute global total rewards process and tools to build an experience that is modernized, simplified, and customer centric\.

You will plan, coordinate and lead Cargill?s compensation processes, including planning, process execution, communication, education, metrics and reporting\.

Partner with key internal partners \(including Information Technology, SAP, and 3rd party providers\) to inform evolution of strategies, consider and integrate feedback, and build action plans to address identified needs aligned with the overall Total Rewards strategy and business plan\.

Partner closely with Cargill Business Services to support services and processes delivered in the centers\.

Responsible for the process documentation and project plans for Total Rewards programs\.

Thought leadership in conceptualizing and crafting processes using Cargill?s tools and technology in a large, complex growth organization\.

You will collaborate with the Law department and other internal partners as needed to ensure compliance with local laws, regulations and contractual obligations\.

Lead a highly productive, performing and engaged team through development, performance management, and continuous improvement\.

**Qualifications**



**Required**



Bachelor's degree

10 years of experience in HR, Total Rewards, compensation, and / or process and program management driving efficiency and improving client experience\.

Fluent in English



**Preferred**



Demonstrated application of Total Rewards principles and practices

MBA or post\-graduate degree in applicable field

Experience anticipating issues, problem solving and implementing solutions, including referring critical issues to the appropriate level of management, and improving efficiency, quality, cost and productivity

Demonstrated ability to interact and influence businesses, leaders, managers and employees

Driven process and program management with experience delivering cultural and functional transformation

Ability to identify and implement opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness and reduce cost

Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
