**Description**



**Position Purpose**



This position will work across the Food Ingredient and Bio\-Industrial \(FIBI\) Enterprise providing Master Data stewardship and leading the Master Data efforts across the Enterprise\. The role requires a skilled Analyst who will manage and execute the business data requirements, partnering, and strategically collaborating, with Businesses, Functions, Corporate Global IT, and the LEAP organization\.



The role is responsible for Master Data Management and project management for both SAP and Salesforce\. In addition, they are responsible for Data Quality and ensuring enterprise and local data polices are communicated and enforced\. They will serve as the liaison between the Businesses and Global IT/CBS for Master Data processes \(i\.e\.: CRUD\)\. They will also be responsible for analyzing Business data, configurations, and metrics to identify data and/or process improvement opportunities\.



**Principal Accountabilities**



**40% Data Governance and Quality:** Ensure the consistent use of master data attributes across multiple businesses \(globally\)\. Partner with business stakeholders to resolve fragmentation or issues with data attribute use and definition\. Create, follow and enforce processes that ensure data integrity\. Communication and coordination across the Businesses and Shared Services on the application of data definitions, standards and usage\. Partner with process groups to define, document and monitor rules by taking a proactive approach\.



**30% Data Setup and Maintenance:** Ensure accuracy and timeliness of Master Data requests, creating and maintaining through the use of the Data Management processes and tools\. Partner with Global IT, Shared Services and Business stakeholders on the execution/maintenance of Master Data\.



**30% Data Projects:** Participate in Enterprise/Business projects that have a Master Data workstream\. Lead and/or execute against the Master Data workplan\.

**Qualifications**



**Minimum Required**





* 4 years of experience of Data Management and/or relevant bachelor?s degree





* 1 years of Salesforce Experience





* 2 years of ERP Experience





* High degree of computer literacy, MS\-office Excel in particular
