The starting wage is **$16\.65/hour** \. Weoffer a comprehensive benefits package available the first of the monthfollowing your start date\. **Schedule Options:**



11 a\.m\. to 9 p\.m\.



3 p\.m\. to 11 p\.m\.



4 p\.m\. to 2 a\.m\.



Not all schedules may currently be available\. Overtime, weekend and/or holiday work may be required\.



**Principal Accountabilities**



70% Accountable for the production of food safe product in a fast pacedmanufacturing environment; start up and shut down of a production line, makingmechanical adjustments, and troubleshooting equipment\. Ensuring all productionpaperwork is completed, which will require basic mathematical calculations\(addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division\)\. Responsible for containing andproactively addressing potential problems that may arise in an effort to limitdisruptions to production\.

10% Ensuring all processing steps havebeen completed and a quality product is delivered to the customer \(all food handlingtasks were completed properly; i\.e\. proper packaging, weights are in acceptablerange\) including assisting others as needed\.

10% Maintain adherence to all CorporateEnvironmental Health and Safety Policies and Procedures\.

10% Thisposition shall have the responsibility to report problems with the food safetymanagement system to identified person\(s\)\. This position has theresponsibility and authority to initiate and record actions\. Acquire and maintain knowledge ofHACCP/OPRP/PRP \(GMP\) policies and requirements to complete all monitoringand/or verifications tasks as outlined in the Food Safety Management

**Required Qualifications**



Basic math ability \(Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division\)

Mustbe able to read, write, and speak English

Basic computer skills

Availability to work outside of normal shift up to including weekend andoff shift hours as needed\.

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Must be 18 years or older

Willing to work in hot and cold environment



**PreferredQualifications** \.



Previous food service and/or production experience

Previous leadership experience\.

Consistent work history in the last 12 months

Critical thinking skills

Dependable and punctual
