**Description**



**Position Purpose:**



The Global Tax and Customs function employs approximately 240 professionals in over 40 countries\. The function is headquartered in Wayzata, Minnesota\. Eighty U\.S\. tax professionals work at the headquarter offices\. Other tax professionals work around the world with principal offices in Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires, Mexico City, Winnipeg, London, Amsterdam and Singapore\.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Domestic group with tax compliance projects\. The



Domestic group is responsible for the federal and state tax compliance of approximately 150 business entities\.



**Principal Acountabilities:**



**40%** Process state extensions, quarterly estimates, amended returns, and responses to state notices\.



**10%** Prepare and file annual reports\.



**10%** Provide information to state auditors\.



**10%** Assist in maintaining the compliance calendar\.



**10%** Records management - filing, copying, scanning, and creating CD?s\.



**10%** Sort in\-coming mail\.



**10%** Additional projects and responsibilities as required

**Qualifications**



**Required**





* High school diploma or Associate?s degree





* 2\-plus years of administrative experience\.





* Working experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook\.

**Preferred**





* 1 year of accounting coursework\.
