**HOP04875\- Stable Operations Deployment Leader**

**PositionPurpose and Summary**

The StableOps Deployment Lead position is responsible to drive the development andexecution of Continuous Improvement projects and programs for the Saltbusiness\. This position is responsiblefor delivering breakthrough performance results in process and efficiency inidentified areas of opportunity\. The StableOps Deployment Lead builds capability of the business in data based decisionmaking and structured problem solving, and ensures the successful applicationof CI tools and methodologies for the program\. This is accomplished through deploying program best practices, leading operationaleffectiveness and performance dialogues, project planning, coaching and problemsolving, and change and people management\. This role requires a leader who can partner effectively with all levelsof the organization\.

Thisposition provides and seeks guidance to/from the BU Manufacturing Excellenceteam members, BU/Function Operational Support, Site Continuous ImprovementLeads and facility team members\.


65% Continuous Improvement Project andProgram Leadership

Lead and facilitate change in CIculture to significantly improve business and functional alignment andorganizational execution\. Partner with leaders on the execution of ProductionExcellence programs and projects\. Provide feedback on Production Excellencebusiness plans including project selection, scope and definition to ensurealignment with the business strategy and PE portfolio\. Drive CI culture changethrough best practice sharing, vocal advocacy, and visible leadership\. Provide coaching to grow capability inproblem solving\. Use statisticalanalysis tools to identify trends, opportunities and insights\. Execute ongoingchange and communication activities, improvement targets, and implementation ofprograms\. Align activities to support safety and quality culture whiledelivering productivity improvement targets\.

35% Program Execution and Value Realization

ConductProduction Excellence workshops and cross\-functional Continuous ImprovementProjectsto lead the teams in sustainable performance improvements\. Makerecommendationsfor the improvement of Production Excellence programs and processes\.

Assist theSalt PE Lead in program administration and coordination, including thedevelopmentand execution of PE program and project strategy and plans\. Align withfinancefor accurate recording of value\. Participate and coach in communication of statusof programgoals and objectives with team members and other stakeholders throughTieredGovernance\.

**MinimumRequired Qualifications**

College Degree - BS/BA in Business, Math, Computer Science, Engineering or related field

Minimum of 5 years? supervisory experience, directly or indirectly managing others in a manufacturing or operations

Lean Six\-Sigma Green Belt or willingness to earn one

One or more years of experience managing projects that span across multiples teams or functions within an organization to accomplish project goals

Experience building relationships remotely and working virtually

Technicallycompetent with Microsoft Office Suite tools

Familiarityutilizing tools such as MiniTab, RT Duet, Informance, Model Elevator or otherdiagnostic tools\.

Proven ability toidentify issues, obtain relevant information, and relate / compare facts fromdifferent sources to identify solutions

Ability to build strong working relationships utilizing formal and informal networks within an organization to deliver results and remove obstacles for team members

Demonstratedexperience with effective communication of goals and strategies across multipleleadership levels of an organization

Proven ability touse expertise, experience, and network to manage through ambiguous situations

Experience actingas a role model and coach, tailoring coaching techniques to individuals andsituations

Ability tocommunicate the program?s vision and mission, emphasizing how an individual?swork aligns with the strategic intent of the program and the organization as awhole

Analytical Problem Solving: Able to identify problems; apply structured and disciplined methodology to identify root cause using data

Ability to facilitate small and large cross\-functional teams

Ability to travel up to 40%\. Must have a valid driver?s license and record of safe driving behavior\.


BS in Engineering


Black Belt or other Lean Six Sigma training certification

Experience leading implementation of processes and programs such as Stable Ops, Process Operability and Control, and TRACC

Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies, tools, trends and best practices

Technical competency in Lean Six Sigma skills: DMAIC, Lean and process engineering

Operations and/or Maintenance leadership in a manufacturing facility

Process development and implementation

Experience working within a Manufacturing Excellence or Operational Excellence Model

Working knowledge of or experience working with Reliability Excellence maintenance practices

One or more years of experience leading an organization through rapid change using Change Management tools\.

Experience with or exposure to Manufacturing Excellence in multiple Cargill businesses
