**Description**



The Engineering Maintenance Manager I will perform engineering duties in planning and designing tools, engines, machines, and other mechanically functioning equipment\. Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment\. Direct, coordinate, and report on facility capital projects, including areas relevant to budgeting, requesting, and managing capital funds\. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer\-generated reports\. Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements\. Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of production, including selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, and operation of product designs\. Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operations and recommend remedial actions\. Design and implement Ammonia refrigeration efficiency upgrade projects and manage elements of the Process Safety Management including PHA, PSM accident investigation, PSM internal\-external audits, Mechanical Integrity Inspections, along with Risk Management Programs onsite\. Develop and maintain new ideas and systems to improve product quality, productivity, safety, system compliance, and profitability\. Domestic Travel up to 10% as needed and customary for the occupation\. Maintenance Supervisor \(2\), Utilities Supervisor \(1\), and PSM Coordinator \(1\)\.



**Qualifications**



Required





* Bachelor?s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field\.





* The qualified candidate must have at least 5 years \(60 months\) of post\-Bachelor?s experience working as a Refrigeration Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Maintenance Engineer or closely related occupation\.





* The qualified candidate must have at least 2 years \(24 months\) of experience working with: industrial refrigeration system, Process Safety Management and Risk Management Program, AutoCAD, Air Compressors, Water Softener Process, and Boiler operations\.





* All experience may be gained concurrently\.





* Position requires domestic travel up to 10% as needed and customary for the occupation\.
