**Night Shift Inventory Coordinator**

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for the material flow and storage in the Maintenance Parts Room\. This includes the physical all goods \(MRO, supplies, etc\.\), cycle counts, and distribution of material to appropriate departments\. The Inventory Coordinator is also responsible for staging MRO material for work order kitting by Purchase Order\. The Inventory Coordinator ensures accurate inventory by issuing parts in the system to stakeholders/departments via work orders and helps assure inventory policy is adhered to with full documentation\. They also receive service/contractor POs in the system based on signed PODs, so creates vouchers via this step while ensuring two\-way match documentation is complete and accurate\. The Inventory Coordinator works with the Maintenance Planner and Purchasing team to address appropriate inventory levels of stocked parts, make disposition decisions, and help determine min/max levels\. This position requires proactive attention to detail, environmental safety, plant safety, and ergonomics\.

**Principal Accountabilities**

5% \- General, food\-safe, and plant\-safe housekeeping of Parts Room and Maintenance Shop\.

5% \- Receive service POs in Maximo for payment\.

10% \- Kit work orders for mechanics

45% \- Man parts window and issue parts to mechanics/stakeholders; make corresponding adjustments in the system

10% \- Work with Purchasing, Maintenance Supervisors, and Maintenance Planner to review current stock vs obsolete stock to ensure a consistently relevant and useful shelf stock\.

10% \- Cycle count the parts room and review necessary adjustments system\-to\-physical\-count with Maintenance Planner for approval\.

10% \- Stock material delivered from dry warehouse receipts\.

5% \- Perform miscellaneous job\-related duties as required\.

This shift is late\-2nd/early 3rd shift, and runs 6pm\-3am\. Some assistance as backup to Dry Warehouse Coordinator during shift may be periodically required\. Weekend schedule is cycled through 1st and 2nd shift Inventory Coordinators to ensure coverage of parts window\.


**Required Qualifications**

* High School degree

* At least 2 years of Warehouse experience

* Strong teamwork and communication skills

* High sense of priority and process\-honoring criticality

* Awareness and attention to detail surrounding environmental/plant/food safety and ergonomics

* Strong organizational skills

* Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Strong PC skills \(especially within the Microsoft Office suite\)\.

* Relative parts knowledge

* Experience with replenishment model/JIT inventory stock

* Forklift experience
