**Information Technology Associate Position:**



To develop, grow and help discover your strengths through Cargill's Global IT Associate program\. The program is designed to build leadership, communication, networking and collaboration skills\. In addition, working in Global IT, Associates will be able to build core network of relationships that will enable collaboration, innovation and enhanced technology solutions\.



**Global IT Associate:**





* Opportunity to join one of our many IT areas





* Develop deeper level of proficiency in a technical or business area





* Roles may include technical or business areas such as project management, business analysis, business partnering, application development, business process re\-engineering, etc\.





* Roles are determined based on the need of the business, background of the employee and future career aspirations





* An on\-call or travel component may be required for some roles



Global IT Associate:

* Opportunity to join one of our many IT areas

* Develop deeper level of proficiency in a technical or business area

* Roles may include technical or business areas such as project management, business analysis, business partnering, application development, business process re\-engineering, etc\.

**Qualifications**



**Required Qualifications:**





* Bachelor?s degree with a major or minor in the technology field such as MIS, CS, IS, Computer Engineering, or other technical discipline





* Must be graduating in or by December 2018





* Must be a current or former Cargill Intern





* Right to work in the U\.S\. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third\-party employer





* Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures





* Willing and able to relocate





* Ability to contribute, both as part of a team and individually





* Strong communication skills - written and oral





* Must be able to complete essential functions of this job as outlined in the job description with reasonable accommodations



**Preferred Qualifications:**





* Ability to demonstrate a strong aptitude for both technology and business





* Overall 3\.0 GPA preferred





* Knowledge of basic structured programming, systems analysis and design, database design, and business concepts
