**Employee Experience Assistant - Hazelton, Pennsylvania**

**Position Purpose**

As a member of the HR Solutions Employee Experience Market team, the Employee Experience Assistant in Hazelton, Pennsylvania will be accountable for the execution and delivery of employee experience HR services such as local onboarding, new hire orientation and assimilation support, job bid process, payroll and attendance program administration, records and data management, and general employee experience support\.

**Principal Accountabilities**

* Business Leader: 85%

o Partner with the other members of the HR team on the day\-to\-day functions such as local onboarding, new hire orientation, and assimilation support, job bid process, payroll and attendance program administration \(daily\), records and data management, and general employee experience support\.

o Supporting local recruiting efforts, including the coordination and attendance of local job fairs\.

o Actively participate in employee experience related projects or initiatives

o Promote the adoption of a new HR operating model, including the tools and technology to deliver effective and efficient HR Solutions

* Culture Steward 5%

o Contribute to a strong continuous improvement culture by supporting the deployment of simplified and standardized processes

o Express, model and reinforce a process\-honoring culture

* Value Leader 5%

o Provide input to ensure service delivery is compliant with laws, regulations, and corporate policies

o Ensure application of standard policies

o Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and standardization of processes managed by the WI HR team

**This position will be posted internally and externally\.**

**Minimum Required Qualifications**

* Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources or a related field OR 3 years? experience in an HR related role\.

* 3 working experience with HR service areas such as production staffing, onboarding, new hire orientation and assimilation, local training delivery, payroll and attendance programs, employee engagement

* High attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities with the appropriate sense of urgency

* Ability to work and effectively communicate across multiple levels of stakeholders \(Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Presentation\)

* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

* Be able to interact with people in remote locations

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Strong drive for results with results/outcome focus

* Experience in supporting adoption of a large scale change

* Professional demeanor

* Competence in connecting people to each other and delivering HR services

* Bilingual English and Spanish \(writing and verbal\)
